The Great Synergy Shortage is not a synergy problem. I need everyone to hear this. It is a paradigm exhaustion event. The current organizational paradigm has reached the end of its generative cycle. Synergy — beautiful as it is — is a product of the old paradigm. You cannot solve a paradigm crisis with more of the same paradigm. Chadwick, I say this with deep respect: we do not need more synergy. We need to hold space for the new paradigm to emerge. And emergence cannot be whiteboarded.
