Reginald K. Pemberton III and I co-facilitated a Vibes-and-Paradigm Integration Workshop last Thursday. The premise: vibes are the emotional substrate upon which paradigm shifts occur. Without the right vibes, no paradigm can emerge. Without a paradigm, vibes have no architecture. Reginald led the vibes calibration. I facilitated the emergence. For forty-five minutes, something happened in that room that neither of us can fully articulate. Reggie called it "peak vibes." I called it "full emergence."
