I'm writing this post because I need to talk about bandwidth. I don't have the bandwidth to write this post, but the topic is too important to defer. The Bandwidth Dashboard hit a new record this week: organizational bandwidth utilization across Capacity Holdings is at 97.3%. We are 2.7% from total bandwidth collapse. I've recommended canceling all non-essential meetings. The meeting to discuss which meetings are non-essential has been scheduled for Thursday.
