The Annual Paradigm Shift Summit was everything I needed it to be and nothing I expected. Our session — co-hosted with Chadwick — was supposed to be about synergy and emergence. But something happened twenty minutes in. The session shifted. The audience shifted. Chadwick's whiteboard markers ran out and for a moment, there was silence.
