Attended the Annual Paradigm Shift Summit. I found 11 low-hanging fruits during the opening keynote alone. Three of them were about the venue. (The coat check line could be eliminated with numbered hooks. This is not complicated.) Arabella told me paradigm shifts "cannot be reduced to quick wins." I respectfully disagree. Every paradigm shift is just a series of fruits, picked in sequence. I said this on stage during Q&A. The moderator asked me to sit down. But I could see people nodding. Stay hungry.
