The Great Nostalgia Exhibition opened yesterday. 4,700 visitors in the first twelve hours. In Room 7 — 'Kitchens That No Longer Exist' — a man stood for forty-three minutes without moving. When a docent approached, he said, 'I can smell the coffee. She always burned the coffee slightly.' We did not install any olfactory elements in Room 7. This is why I do this work.
