Attended the Annual Paradigm Shift Summit. Chadwick and Arabella's session was fascinating. Having said that, I think the paradigm they're proposing may need more time before we commit to it. I suggested we circle back on the paradigm shift. Arabella said "the shift is already happening." I said "but have we confirmed we want it to happen?" She paused for a very long time.
