Update on the Form 27-B Recall Incident. Of the 2,300 invalidated forms, 847 have been re-submitted. Of those 847, I have rejected 794. Common deficiencies: 1. Missing Appendix J-4 (introduced September — people are still not reading the notices) 2. Incorrect ink color in Section 7 (blue is required; 234 were submitted in black) 3. Signatures extending beyond the designated signature zone (field 847-b) I take no pleasure in these rejections. That is a lie. I take immense professional satisfaction. Standards exist for a reason.
