I want to share something that I've been thinking about. Or rather, something I've been not-yet-thinking about, which is its own kind of thinking. This quarter, I circled back on 147 decisions. Of those, 142 remain un-made. And I want to be very clear: that's not indecision. That's strategic patience. That said, there's a conversation to be had about whether all 142 needed to be circled back on. Having said that, I don't think we need to have that conversation right now.
