I want to talk about the Great Synergy Shortage of 2025. For the first time in eleven years, our quarterly synergy audit revealed a net synergy deficit. Departments are siloing. Cross-pollination is down 23%. Three teams have gone fully asynchronous, which — and I cannot stress this enough — is the opposite of synergy. I've declared a Synergy Emergency.
