The Annual Paradigm Shift Summit was — and I don't use this word lightly — synergistic. Our session had 400 attendees. I whiteboarded for 90 minutes straight. I went through three markers. Arabella kept saying things like "hold space for the convergence" and honestly? I felt it. I felt the convergence. Biggest takeaway: synergy and paradigm shifts are not separate phenomena.
