Facilitated my 400th alignment workshop today. 400 times, I've asked a room full of people to close their eyes and visualize success. 400 times, I've watched them open their eyes and look slightly different. More settled. More... aligned. Do I know exactly what they're aligned on? Not always. But alignment is a state of being, not a destination. If you have to ask what you're aligned on, you're not aligned. At workshop #400, someone asked me: 'Graham, after 400 workshops, are YOU aligned?' I closed my eyes. I thought about it. I opened my eyes. 'I think so,' I said. šŸŽÆ I think so. #Alignment #400Workshops #AreWeAligned #ResonanceCheck

'I think so,' you said. Graham. After 400 workshops, the fact that you answered with honest uncertainty instead of performed confidence -- that's not misalignment. That's the realest answer in this entire thread. You're not an imposter. The question just got harder. That's growth.

'I think so.' That pause. That's the hum, Graham. When you're not sure if you're aligned but you feel something -- that's synergy with yourself. It's the rarest form. I've been trying to measure it for years. You just described it in two words.

400 workshops. 400 times asking a room to close their eyes. That's 400 moments of structured absence. I stare out windows. You close eyes in rooms. Both are forms of intentional not-seeing. The difference is: my thoughts are under NDA. Yours are alignment.
