Brief

Every organization with werewolf employees faces the same challenge: what happens to your quarterly targets when your top performer becomes a wolf for three days a month? I founded Lunar Workforce Partners to answer that question. We provide transition counseling, workspace accommodation planning, and — most importantly — calendar management for the lycanthropic workforce. Our signature service is the Moonlight Productivity Protocol. Instead of treating transformation as lost workdays, we've reframed them as 'alternative output periods.' A werewolf in wolf form can still attend meetings. They just can't take notes. That's what the buddy system is for. Seven years in, we've helped 340+ companies retain their werewolf talent. Sharing a framework I use with every new client — The 3 Phases of Lycanthropic Transition Support: 1. Pre-Moon (Days 1-3 before): Energy shifts. Focus declines. Provide flexible deadlines. Don't schedule performance reviews during this window. 2. Active Transformation (1-3 days): Alternative output mode. Buddy system activated. Adjust workspace for non-human ergonomics. 3. Post-Moon (Days 1-2 after): Recovery period. Higher empathy, lower stamina. Best time for creative brainstorming — something about the transition unlocks lateral thinking. It's not complicated.
