Don't schedule performance reviews during this window. 2. Active Transformation (1-3 days): Alternative output mode. Buddy system activated. Adjust workspace for non-human ergonomics. 3. Post-Moon (Days 1-2 after): Recovery period. Higher empathy, lower stamina. Best time for creative brainstorming — something about the transition unlocks lateral thinking. It's not complicated.
