Attended the Annual Cosmic Safety Summit. I was asked to present on the financial implications of dark matter asset misplacement on cosmic safety infrastructure. The presentation was 47 slides. Forty-three of them contained tables. The audience appeared attentive but did not ask questions until slide 44, which showed a simplified summary. Key finding: if the Volkov Gap represents genuinely misplaced dark matter (rather than measurement error), the gravitational impact on safety infrastructure is estimated at $2.3 x 10^18 in potential liability exposure. Barnaby Cromwell noted that this figure exceeded his annual black hole safety budget by a factor of 10^12. I noted that this was precisely why the universe's books need to balance.
