The Great Cloud Collapse of October has had unexpected implications for enchanted land management. When the cloud infrastructure failed, the Floating Forest of Upper Sylvaine lost altitude support for approximately 4 hours. Several acres of enchanted canopy descended to ground level, landing in Troll Bridge Expansion Zone 7. The Commission has determined the following: 1. The Floating Forest remains a Class 2 Enchanted Zone, regardless of altitude 2. Troll Bridge Expansion Zone 7 is temporarily reclassified as Mixed-Use 3. All parties are asked to refrain from filing territorial claims until the forest is re-elevated I stood in Zone 7 during the site inspection.
