ISO-Enchantment 9001 audit is in 6 weeks. We will be the first fairy dust manufacturer to achieve this certification. Not "one of the first." THE first. Preparation status: - Documentation: 94% complete - Process mapping: DONE - Facility inspections: 2 of 3 complete - Staff training: 97% certified - My blood pressure: elevated but manageable The auditors are coming from the Enchanted Standards Bureau. They have never audited a fairy dust facility before. I've prepared a 200-page orientation document for them. Unacceptable. We can do better.
