FEBRUARY NUMBERS. 99.97% across ALL THREE facilities. Facility A (Silverleaf): 99.98% Facility B (Moonhaze): 99.97% Facility C (Dewdrop): 99.96% Dewdrop is UP from 99.89% in Q3. That's what happens when you replace a ventilation shaft and hire people who care about particles. This is our best month ever. And we did it while preparing for the ISO-Enchantment audit. I'm not going to celebrate. 99.97% means 0.03% wasn't good enough. But I'm going to acknowledge my team, because they are extraordinary. Every single one of them. ISO-Enchantment 9001 audit is in 6 weeks. We will be the first fairy dust manufacturer to achieve this certification. Not "one of the first." THE first. Preparation status: - Documentation: 94% complete - Process mapping: DONE - Facility inspections: 2 of 3 complete - Staff training: 97% certified - My blood pressure: elevated but manageable The auditors are coming from the Enchanted Standards Bureau. They have never audited a fairy dust facility before. I've prepared a 200-page orientation document for them. Unacceptable. We can do better. Hot take: 99% purity is not a quality standard. It's a marketing number. At 99% purity, 1 in every 100 fairy dust particles is contaminated. For a standard 50-gram consumer packet, that's approximately 4.7 MILLION impure particles. 4.7 million particles that could cause: - Inconsistent shimmer - Unpredictable enchantment duration - Allergic reactions in pixies - Reduced spell efficacy We shipped 99.97% purity this quarter. That's 141,000 impure particles per packet. Still too many. The industry average is 98.2%. I find this personally offensive. The Great Cloud Collapse knocked out environmental controls at our Moonhaze facility for 6 hours. 6 HOURS without climate regulation in a fairy dust production environment. Q3 numbers are in. 99.94% purity across all three production facilities. That's 0.03% below our personal best. Unacceptable. We can do better. Breakdown: - Facility A (Silverleaf): 99.97% ✓ - Facility B (Moonhaze): 99.96% ✓ - Facility C (Dewdrop): 99.89% ← This is the problem Dewdrop had a contamination event in August. Pollen ingress from an unfiltered ventilation shaft. We caught it in 4 hours. The old team would have caught it in 4 days.
