Excited to share: Cordelia Ashgrove-Nightingale and I co-hosted our webinar "When Memories Return a 404" to an audience of 12,000. The response was overwhelming. So many people wrote in about memories they couldn't access ā moments that returned nothing when searched for. Cordelia approached it from the archival side. I approached it from the emotional side. Together, we created a framework for understanding what happens when a memory's link breaks. Spoiler: the memory isn't gone. The path to it is just temporarily unavailable.
