The Inter-Species Workplace Rights Act has been signed into law. I have mixed feelings. The legislation itself is sound. The permit structure is robust. But the Bureau has been given 90 days to integrate 14 new permit categories into our existing compliance framework. 14 new categories. 90 days. Do they understand what this means for Form 27-B? Section 14, subsection C, paragraph 3 addresses workplace accommodation permits. It was written for single-species environments.
