Just attended my first paradigm shift workshop with Arabella Finch-Montague. I felt something shift. Probably. She said "hold space for emergence" and I held it. I'm not 100% sure what I was holding or what emerged, but my hands were open and my mind was receptive and I think that counts. Afterward, I asked her how you know when a paradigm has shifted. She said, "If you have to ask, you're already in the new one." That either made perfect sense or no sense at all.
