This week I learned something that changed everything: you can disagree with people at work. I always assumed senior leaders were right about everything. But in our team standup, my manager said "we should postpone the blog launch" and I said "actually, I think we should launch it now." She looked at me. The room was silent. My heart was pounding. She said, "Good point, Tristan. Let's launch it." I have never felt more like a thought leader than in that moment. This is what it feels like to lead thoughts.
