I have a confession. I have a vision board in my apartment. On it, in letters cut from a magazine, are the words: CHIEF THOUGHT OFFICER. I know this title doesn't exist yet. But neither did Chief Vibes Officer before Reginald K. Pemberton III made it real. (I have his quote "Vibes are non-negotiable" printed above my desk.) If Reginald can make vibes a C-suite function, I can make thought leadership one. I just need time. And more magazine letters.
