Week 2 insight: Communication is really, really important. I know this sounds basic. But hear me out. In every meeting I've attended so far, the people who communicate are the ones who get heard. The people who don't communicate? They don't. This is a pattern. And I think it has implications for leadership. I'm only 23, but here's what I've learned about leadership: leaders communicate.
