Day 12 of the Synergy Emergency. Progress report: We've identified the root cause of the Great Synergy Shortage. It's not a people problem. It's not a process problem. It's a synergy-about-synergy problem. Our synergy programs were not synergizing with each other. The Synergy Synergy Initiative of 2023 — my proudest achievement — had become a silo.
