I am pioneering the 'Living Legends' program — early-identification talent pipelining for pre-mortem candidates. Controversial? Yes. Necessary? Absolutely. Here's the problem: by the time a warrior meets traditional Valhalla criteria, they're dead. We have no relationship with them. No context. No understanding of their journey. The Living Legends program identifies warriors of extraordinary potential BEFORE their final moment and builds a relationship with them.
