A developer submitted a proposal to build luxury condominiums in the Whispering Woods. Again. This is the fourth proposal in eight years. The previous three were denied per zoning ordinance 12-B, subsection 4, subsection 4(a), and subsection 4(a)(ii), respectively. The current proposal includes a "noise mitigation plan" for the whispering. The developer proposes to "silence the trees." The Commission has determined that this does not warrant a formal review.
