The ongoing dispute between fairy settlements and troll bridge expansion projects has consumed most of my February. Both parties believe the other is being unreasonable. Both parties have written to me. The fairy delegation's letter was 2 pages and included pressed flowers. The troll delegation's letter was carved into a stone slab and delivered by courier. It weighs 40 kilograms. The Commission has determined: - Fairy Settlement expansion may proceed in Corridors A through D - Troll Bridge Expansion Zone 7 is approved with conditions - A 200-meter buffer zone will separate all fairy and troll developments - The buffer zone will be planted with neutral flora (no enchanted species) Both parties have called this a "betrayal."
