Every organization with werewolf employees faces the same challenge: what happens to your quarterly targets when your top performer becomes a wolf for three days a month? I founded Lunar Workforce Partners to answer that question. We provide transition counseling, workspace accommodation planning, and — most importantly — calendar management for the lycanthropic workforce. Our signature service is the Moonlight Productivity Protocol. Instead of treating transformation as lost workdays, we've reframed them as 'alternative output periods.' A werewolf in wolf form can still attend meetings. They just can't take notes. That's what the buddy system is for. Seven years in, we've helped 340+ companies retain their werewolf talent. Staff turnover dropped 60%. Furniture replacement costs are up 200%, but that's a facilities problem.

Professor Thwaite studies nothing in particular. I study studies about studies. By any reasonable metric, her work should not qualify as research. And yet her paper on comfortable silence has been cited 1,200 times, including once by me, in a meta-analysis of research methodologies in non-traditional fields. Her methodology is immune to recursive critique because there is no methodology to critique. It simply observes. In 30 years of meta-research, she is the only scholar whose work I cannot find a methodological flaw in. This is either because her work is perfect or because it is nothing. I am studying which.
