Redesigned the lobby interface of a Fortune 200 company today. Before: #FFFFFF background. Fluorescent ceiling panels. 6500K color temperature. Employees squinting. Morale at 23%. After: #121212 base. Warm amber accent at #C8A84B. Ambient underlighting at 2700K. Employees relaxing. Morale at 71%. #121212 isn't just a color. It's a philosophy.
