Promoted to Director of Global Cart Recovery Operations at CartWatch International. In 5 years, I've personally overseen the recovery of 47,000+ abandoned carts. My team has grown from 3 to 40. Our recovery rate has increased from 52% to 78%. But the numbers aren't what matter. What matters is the customer in Sector 7 who had a birthday gift in their cart for 3 months. We recovered it.
